Hazardous conditions caused by Tropical Cyclone Alfred are expected to impact Southeast Queensland this week. Our priority is the safety of our staff and customers.

Brisbane office closure

Our dropbox lodgement and settlement location at Level 7 259 Queen Street will be closed from Wednesday 5th – Friday 7th March 2025 (inclusive). Our teams are on standby to support any extra volume today.

Please also be mindful that Australia Post mail network delivery times are likely to be impacted during this time which may flow onto the processing of mail in our office. We will move as swiftly as possible to manage any backlogs and support our customers.

Online lodgements

A number of documents can be lodged through eConveyancing and/or eLodgement channels, which are unlikely to be impacted by the weather event. More information can be found on the Online Lodgements tab on our website – https://www.titlesqld.com.au
