217 – NOTICE: Update to our Voice Contact Hours

As the Titles Queensland business grows and evolves, we continue to look for opportunities to improve our services and offerings while maintaining the integrity of the register.

From 2 January 2025, our contact centre voice channel will open at 9:00am to provide a more balanced and efficient support experience for customers.

This change will not affect our lodgement hours and supports improved workflows across all contact channels, customer service team training and development, enabling an optimised support offering for our customers.

Although our voice channel will open from 9:00am, our team of Customer Service professionals will still be here to support your online enquiries, which can be sent via the enquiry form on our website at any time.
