    Dealing
Dealing is a term used to define a Titles Registry form which has been lodged. Upon lodgement, the form is issued a dealing number. This number is your reference to use when enquiring about your form.
    Fee Simple
Fee Simple is an estate in freehold land and is recorded as such on title. Most commonly this term is used to describe freehold land. When completing a Titles Registry Form, you are often required to state the interest being dealt with (i.e., transferred, mortgaged etc), ‘fee simple’ implies that the transaction is dealing with a freehold title.
    Joint Tenants
Joint Tenancy is a way that land and water allocations can be held. Two or more persons hold without each having a separate or distinct title or share and there is the right of survivorship. Upon the death of a joint tenant the interest of the deceased vests in the surviving joint tenant/s.
