Nikki Allder

Nikki commenced as Chief Executive Officer of Titles Queensland on 3rd April 2023.

She has over 20 years executive leadership experience across Australia and Europe and is well acquainted with our sector’s operational landscape.

Nikki is a people-centric leader and nurtures an inspirational and supportive environment where our people can thrive, innovate, and meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Her focus will be on the end-to-end strategic and operational management of our business and ensuring our valuable history connects with our bright future.

Nikki holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and Executive Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Queensland Institute of Technology, and Diplomas in: Employment and Contract Law, Strategic Change Management, and Social Science. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
